Terms and Conditions 

1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Taxi Ontime Landeck, owner Serkan Alkaya (hereinafter referred to as “Taxi Ontime”), particularly for passenger transport (taxi and rental car services) and courier services. By using our booking systems or services, the customer accepts these terms. Differing conditions from the customer will not be recognized.

2. Conclusion of Contract A contract is formed upon the acceptance of a transport order (by telephone, in person, via email, or online booking). For online bookings, the reservation is only considered binding once confirmed by Taxi Ontime via email or SMS.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Standard Rates: Within the legally defined mandatory area (District of Landeck), official government-mandated taxi tariffs apply. Billing is strictly conducted via the calibrated taximeter.

Fixed Prices: For trips outside the mandatory area (e.g., airport transfers to Innsbruck, Munich, or Zurich), fixed prices may be agreed upon freely. These are only valid if confirmed prior to the start of the journey.

Payment: The fare is due immediately upon completion of the journey. We accept cash as well as major credit and debit cards.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Fees To ensure efficient scheduling, the following conditions apply:

Short distances (up to 100 km): Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Long distances (over 100 km): Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellation Fee: In the event of late cancellation or if the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location (“No-Show”), we reserve the right to charge a fee of 30% of the estimated fare.

Exceptions: This fee may be waived in cases of proven, unforeseeable medical emergencies.

5. Transportation and Safety

Duty of Care: Seatbelts are mandatory by law. Children must be secured in appropriate child seats; the requirement for booster seats must be specified at the time of booking.

Refusal of Carriage: We reserve the right to exclude persons from transport who jeopardize safety, are heavily intoxicated, or may intentionally soil the vehicle.

Cleaning Fee: In case of extraordinary soiling (e.g., vomiting), a cleaning fee (min. €150.00) plus the resulting loss of earnings will be charged.

6. Liability Taxi Ontime is liable for property damage only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for delays (e.g., due to traffic jams, road closures, or severe weather) is excluded unless caused by the driver’s gross negligence. Liability for property damage is limited to the coverage amount of the liability insurance.

7. Final Provisions

Place of Jurisdiction: The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Landeck, as far as legally permissible.Governing Law: Austrian law applies.

8. Information on the Non-Existence of the Right of Withdrawal According to § 18 Para. 1 Z 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services provided in connection with leisure activities, provided that a specific time or period is contractually scheduled (e.g., taxi bookings for a fixed date). Cancellations are handled exclusively according to Section 4 of these terms.
